Financial markets data, technology, and standards.

We help banks, funds, and vendors model their products correctly, move trade data cleanly through post-trade, and report it in a way that holds up under scrutiny.

What we do

Four things, done properly

01

Product & data modelling

Representing products and lifecycle events in CDM and FpML so every downstream system agrees on what a trade actually is.

02

Post-trade workflow

Confirmation, clearing, settlement, and lifecycle events: mapping what you have today, designing what you need next.

03

Regulatory reporting

EMIR, MiFIR/MiFID II, and Dodd-Frank. Rule logic, field-level lineage and reconciliation that survives a regulator's questions.

04

Standards adoption

ISDA DRR rollouts and CDM migrations, including the unglamorous integration work that makes a standard real.

Where we go deep

The detail behind the strapline

  • ASIC, MAS, JFSA, and HKMA reporting rewrites
  • Canadian CSA reporting
  • Money markets reporting (UK & EU)

  • Critical Data Elements (CDE)
  • UPI, UTI, LEI, and OTC ISIN

Market infrastructure & lifecycle

  • Trade capture and risk systems for complex derivatives — booking models across the major cross-asset platforms and how they drive downstream operations
  • Trade repositories (DTCC GTR, Regis-TR)
  • The ANNA DSB
  • Electronic confirmation and matching (MarkitWire, DTCC)
  • Clearing and CCP workflows
  • Collateral and the ISDA CSA
  • Post-trade lifecycle events, from execution to termination

How we work

Practitioners, not a panel of reviewers

Twenty years in financial markets since 2006 — inside global banks, at an industry standards body, and more recently with the organisations building the next generation of market infrastructure. Engineering first, finance second: electronic and computer engineering, then signal processing, then mathematical trading and finance.

Small on purpose. You work directly with the person who has done this before, not a pyramid of juniors learning on your budget. Engagements run from a short diagnostic — where does your data actually break — through to sitting inside the delivery team until the thing works.

Got a data or reporting problem you'd rather not inherit again?

Send a note with the shape of it. You'll get a real reply, not a brochure.
